Of REIGNSonerlandia's super fuel efficient, super conservative fleet of vehicles...I am honored to introduce to you...The Passenger Van!

I traded in the Titan last night for her...It was sad to see her go...but time to move on. I think the best reaction so far has been my brothers...It went something like this.

Me: Yo dude traded in the Titan
Bro: Oh yea what did you get?
Me: A 2006 E-150 Passenger Van
Bro: WHAT THE F*CK!?!?!

Then I gave him the run down of my master scheme...and he was on board. Or he just said that to me so I would stop talking about it while he was thinking to himself...I am glad I am not as crazy as my brother!

I got it home, gave Meggy the tour and then we gave it our best to try and fog up all the windows...but we weren't successful. There must be some anti-fog sealant on all the windows...Don't worry we are going to give it another shot tonight!

I am super stoked...I have always wanted a van and I have big plans in my head. Hopefully they all come to see the light of day. Keep an eye out on your city's streets...if there is a white van Ford passenger van on your tail...it probably isn't me...but someday...it just might be!

St. Patrick's Day Parade...Beer Garden...

While we were in the beer garden we ran into the Paulsen's kid sister...Stevewina Paulsen. She was a looker...Aaaaand how! That girl could party! Super bummed we never got to meet up with Steve.

St. Patrick's Day Parade...

We got it all handled! The float and all of her party goers all looked great! We had a few brief scares along the way...like the Fire Marshal threatening to not allow us to participate due to non-fire retardant hay. But we did it! Nice work everyone!

Happy Birthday Bernadette!

Hay Mom!

Whiskey helping me put together the float on Friday afternoon...She was loving the hay and sawdust!

Our parade shirts fresh from the printers...mmm they are still warm!

Parade Paraphanalia‏...

St. Patrick's Day Parade is rapidly approaching. When we were living on Park Blvd...We would rally a group of professional drinkers and festival food eaters and head over to the parade and section off a little corner of the beer garden all for us and watch the parade.

Not only is moment in time filled with St. Patrick's Day hoopla it is also around the time of Burnadette's birthday. We always talk about putting together a float and being in the parade...Looks like that is happening this year. I signed up for plywood cut out and painted decor...mostly because I wanted to buy myself a new Ryobi cordless jigsaw and break in the garage...but that is besides the point.

Here's the progress so far...

Steve busted out a logo in Illustrator for us based on Megan's concept...Thank you, Steve! T-Shirts are being printed now.

Chris, Derrick and Myself have cut out an 8 foot rainbow, 2 shamrocks a cloud and a pot-o-gold...Primed them...and the base colors and details will be started tonight.

So far so good...should be a fun float. Our theme is...Irish You Were Here...A tribute to US Military that are away from their families.
