Introducing Bebop...

Ozzie and Sean have taken the plunge into adding a pup to their family...And they picked a cute one!

Bebop came over for a little meet and greet with the girls the day after Halloween.  I think Whiskey was still a little hungover...She wasn't too sure how to handle all the ankle biting.  Aaaand Lucy had NO idea what to think.  He is a playful little guy with a ton of energy!  It is awesome to see him running around at full speed...He gets those short little legs moving!  Reminds me of someone else I know...Minus the big ears. 

Excited to have a new addition to our circle of friends with dogs!

I can't wait for him to get all of his shots so we can hit all of the fun dog spots!

Herding Instinct Test...

We rolled up to Action K9 Sports in Escondido with Becki, Patrick and Chlo to get the girls all a Herding Instinct Test. Chlo was a natural...Our girls...not so much. In their defense...they were pretty massive sheep...but I thought for sure Whiskey would have been more into it. She gave the sheep a chase or two here and there but nothing like I thought she would. Nice day in the sun...great to see the all the dogs out there giving it a go. Nice work on the certificate of completion, Chlo! Thanks Becki and Patrick!

Happy Birthday Whiskey...

Our little pup turned one today! She cruised into work with me today...SO EXCITED! I thought that was the happiest I have ever seen a dog. Until I took Whiskey home at lunch...and Lucy was the happiest pup I have ever seen...So glad to see her sister. I gotta make sure I get those two apart more.

Twenty Pounder...

Lucy went into the Vet today to get her last set of vaccines. Everything checks out...Just a rabies shot next week and she will be dog park capable. The ol girl packed on 4 lbs. since her last visit...One month ago. She is super sweet at the vet...doesn't leave my side. Everyone there always comments about how mellow and calm she is...If they could only see her running around terrorizing Whiskey in our backyard.

Puppy Nap...

Lucy snoozing the morning away...She is growing like a weed. A weed that looks like a puppy.

Lucy Comes Home Today...

Meggy picks the girl up after work today! Excited to see her! Murphy will probably pack his suitcase...Whiskey will finally know why Murphy feels the way he does about her...and Lucy will be in full on puppy takeover mode. Puppy breath here we come.

Lucy Play Date...

Last night we got to have Lucy over for a few hours. She is amazingly adorable! Such a little bear! She was a little timid at first but she warmed right up...Whiskey did a great job of being a big sister...Lucy only got trucked her once when she got in the flight path of Whiskey chasing down her football. She was tired when Meggy picked her up...We wore the poor girl out. One more week and she'll be home!
