WHISKEY!
Now you may be asking yourself...Whiskey?!...Hasn't that been a staple since day one...well yes...buuuut...
We are going to be moving into a house in February and our game plan, since Megan met my parents pup Zoe, has been to get a Mini Australian Shepherd of our own someday...and Megan with her super interweb dog finding skills came across a blue merle little girl that will be ready for a new home at the exact same time that we move into our new place.
We have had a lot of conversations about timing, breeds, finding the right dog for us, taking our time, waiting and weighing our options...Aaand she did all of those things...for about 17 hours.
She is a BEAUTIFUL little girl...I am SUPER excited to get her home! We have a few weeks to wait until she is old enough...I can't wait! Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh! Megan has been doing her happy dance since we walked out of the pups house and she is FULL on prima-grin right now.
She shares a birthday with Deme, Gianni Versace, Lucy Liu, Monica Seles and Britney Spears. December 2nd.
Murphy is excited and a little apprehensive about becoming an older brother! He has been in his cat carrier since we got home...I think he is also contemplating moving out.
If I didn't bore you to death with kitty pictures...just you wait...puppy pictures galore!
Now it's time for a shot of whiskey in honor of our new baby girl! So stoked!

i LOVED YOUR ARTICLE..CONGRATS ON THE PUP AND MURPHY WILL EVENTUALLY ADJUST TO HIS NEW BROTHER. AFTER THE JEALOUS STAGE WEARS OFF HE WILL COME AROUND..PS POTTY TRAINING IS ROUGH..BUT YOU GUYS ARE UP FOR THE CHALLENGE I THINK.SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND HOUSRS OF YOUR DAY SAYING" GO POTTY" UNTIL YOU GIVE UP ONLY A FEW MINUTES LATER TO FIND PEE PEE ON YOUR RUG! WHY WHISKEY WHY? THEN HE WILL LOOK AT YOU WITH THE SAD PUPPY FACE AND U WILL DO THE SAME THING AGAIN IN AN HOUR.. HAHAHAHAHA
